What’s Behind That Bellyache?
Children are bound to have stomachaches now and then. Most aren’t serious and will get better without treatment. How do you know what’s normal?
It’s a good idea to call your child’s doctor if the stomachache:
- persists for a few days
- prevents your child from participating in everyday activities
- causes a sharp pain in one area of your child’s belly or is accompanied by a high fever
