¿Es posible perder peso sin hacer ejercicio físico?
¿Realmente se puede bajar de peso simplemente comiendo saludable y sin hacer ejercicio físico?
Llevar una dieta saludable no garantiza que bajes de peso. Tu peso es un equilibrio entre las calorías que ingieres y las que quemas. Si quemas más calorías de las que ingieres, bajarás de peso y si ingieres más calorías de las que quemas, aumentarás de peso. Puedes perder peso si comes menos, pero sumar actividad física te permite quemar más calorías que si simplemente haces dieta.
Cualquier plan de pérdida de peso que incluya ejercicio físico no solo será más exitoso, sino que también será más saludable. Si llevas una dieta saludable y haces ejercicio físico, mantendrás fuertes a los huesos, los músculos y el corazón. También reducirás las probabilidades de tener ciertos problemas de salud, como hipertensión arterial y diabetes.
En lugar de hacer dieta, concéntrate en los hábitos saludables, como comer más frutas y verduras, y hacer ejercicio físico. Aunque no pierdas peso, estarás más saludables y también te sentirás y verás mejor.
