Why Do I Get an Erection During My Testicular Exam?
Every time the doctor examines my testicles I get an erection. Why is this happening?
Sometimes guys get erections during testicular exams. It's a normal reaction and it happens a lot. It doesn't matter whether the doctor is female or male, young or old.
Getting an erection during a testicular exam is a natural, physical response. It's not something you can control, and it doesn't mean anything.
Because it happens so often, doctors are used to it. If you get an erection during a physical exam, it won't upset or bother the doctor, so there's no need to feel embarrassed.
