Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
Prep time: 5 minutes Recipe makes: 2 servings What you need:- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup sliced bananas
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
- Coarsely crushed ice
Equipment and supplies: - Measuring cups
- Blender or food processor
What to do:- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
