Pronounced: bron-key-oh-LY-tus. This is an infection in the respiratory tract that affects the tiny airways, called bronchioles, in the lungs. Bronchiolitis can make it hard to breathe. It\'s caused by a virus and is very contagious. It\'s usually not serious and will go away quickly if you rest and drink a lot.
