Kawasaki disease

Pronounced: kow-uh-SAH-kee. Kawasaki disease usually only happens to kids under 5 years old. Kids who have it may have a fever for up to 2 weeks. They have swollen glands and may also have red eyes, cracked lips, or swelling in the tongue, soles of the feet, or palms of the hands.
