Summer Safety Tips
Warm up as you would before any sport. Muscles that aren't properly prepared can be injured more easily.
Be prepared — wear comfortable hiking shoes. Tuck pant cuffs into socks and boots to protect against ticks. Wear brightly colored clothes to increase visibility. And, don't forget to wear a hat to guard against the sun and insects!
