Garlic-Rosemary Oven Fries
Prep time: 45 minutes
What you need:
- 4 small potatoes
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/2-inch strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with canola oil, garlic powder, and rosemary until the strips are coated.
- Place the coated potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn potato strips once or twice during cooking to cook evenly.
