I have a male doctor, so why is this happening?<br /></em>– <em>Rick*</em></p><p>Sometimes guys get erections during testicular exams. It's a normal reaction and it happens a lot. It doesn't matter whether the doctor is female or male.</p><p>Getting an erection during a testicular exam is a natural, physical response. It's not something you can control, and it doesn't mean anything.</p><p>Because it happens so often, doctors are used to it.
