Working out is hard for me because I'm very heavy-chested and I get sore. What can I do to keep in shape without hurting myself?

Consider investing in a good, supportive sports bra. A proper sports bra will keep breast-bouncing to a minimum and help reduce soreness.
If a sports bra doesn't help, take gravity out of the equation and try an activity like swimming or water aerobics, where there is little or no stress placed on your chest. If you don't have access to a pool, give low-impact activities like walking or riding an exercise bike a shot.
