Is It Normal for One Testicle to Be Bigger?
I'm 15, almost 16, and I've noticed that one of my testicles is bigger than the other one. Is there something wrong?
- Brandon*
It's normal for teen (and adult) guys to have a slight difference in the size of their testicles. So there's probably nothing wrong. A normal size difference is about the equivalent of half a teaspoon — and usually the right testicle is larger than the left.
Talk to your doctor if it seems like there's a big difference in size or if you have pain or a lump in one of your testicles.
