Tanner's Totes is a non-profit organization that helps pre-teens and teens with cancer and other conditions that require long term hospital stays. The group provides tote bags filled with age-appropriate items to older kids and teens (often a "forgotten" demographic as donations mostly focus on younger kids).

The Big Fun Box Foundation was started by a family who learned how to entertain themselves during frequent long hospital stays. They developed this box of toys and other fun stuff as a way to give pediatric patients comfort and fun while in the midst of stressful situations.
