Orange Spritzer

Orange SpritzerNote: This recipe is especially for teens with diabetes, but can be a nutritious part of almost anyone's diet.

Prep time: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces orange juice
  • 7 ounces seltzer
  • ice
  • lime wedge (optional)

Equipment and supplies:

  • measuring cup
  • drinking glass

Directions:

  1. Add the orange juice and seltzer water together in a glass.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with lime wedge, if desired.

Serves: 1
