Your body is amazing and complicated. One of its complicated parts even has a complicated name: deoxyribonucleic (say: dee-ox-see-ri-bo-nyoo-clay-ik) acid. People usually call it DNA for short. DNA can be found inside the billions of cells that make up your body. And if you could see it, which you can't without a very strong microscope, it would look like a twisting ladder.
